Be it any religion that are created on this earth and the differences that came out from various religions, but after all it's one "HUMAN", it's their "BODY SOUL", and the HUMAN BODY that comes first. Meditation is the practice that unites your body to the soul. Either you believe in God or not, it's 100% up to you, meditation has nothing to you with it. Meditation is the state of mind. It's a practice of your thoughts. Atheists or Theists both are equally benefited from mediation. It is mainly turning your attention away from distracting thoughts and focusing on the present moment or 'whatever is positive'. I just love doing meditation and do practice it. Daily Rituals That Set You up for Success

Things one must follow for a Successful Day Engage in Playtime - 10 minutes of meditating each day, or sometime for Yoga/ Zumba or any kind of exercise/ Games that boosts you up. Design Your Day – Plan your day, if you don’t remember then write it down all your tasks and try your best to complete as per the plan. Track Your Time - How long certain tasks are taking? Observe, track so that it helps you to schedule your timing. Make Breakfast the New Dinner – Heavy Breakfast, if don’t have time then try to do max cooking a night before. Have breakfast like a KING. :) And have light dinner. Take proper Diet. Tackle the Hardest Task First – It’s the thing that most successful people follow. If you do not do hard task first then usually it tends to get procrastinated. Get Creative in the Morning – For me writing blogs, learning Guitar, Learning new language or Paining are the ones. You choose to do something different or creative.

Eat food that will make you more productive: Avocados - Rich in healthy fat, Vitamin K, Folate and proteins. Salmon - Rich in Omega-3 fatty acid. Eggs - A healthy protein source, also contains choline that boosts brain function and memory. Eggs also have Iron, Copper and Vitamin C to support overall health. Pumpkin Seeds - High magnesium content promotes calmness. It's loaded with protein and healthy fat. Leafy Greens - Like Spinach/ Kale boosts productivity as it's low calorie source . Add in 2of your meals. Green Tea - Promotes increased blood flow to the heart and brain. Also contains antioxidants that protect your brain from cellular damage, which keep your mind healthy as you age. Broccoli - It contains high amount of Vitamin K and choline which keeps brain function sharp. Have Vitamin C and Iron which promotes healthy blood flow. Almonds - Nuts are healthy snacks. It has good supply of copper that's essential for healthy brain functioning.

Cameron Highlands during Christmas

Best hilly location nearby Kuala Lumpur Our friends from Singapore planned a visit to Cameron Highlands and asked us to join them so that we all can meet together, as we were in Kuala Lumpur. It was during the Christmas,2016 that we visited Cameron. Many a people, drive themselves to Cameron, but as it was our first visit, so we decided to go via Bus. As we both were working, so we booked an evening volvo bus. We left for TBS by Uber car from KL sentral to catch the bus. It was a smooth journey until in-between around 9pm the bus stopped for a break, and I did a big blunder that we realized later on. I drank chocolate milk and Guess what!!!!! After then only, the fully curved spiral road started and believe me it went on and on. I was thinking now plain will come and the bus may halt, but all in vain... After half an hour of that spiral travel, I started feeling very uncomfortable and when couldn't control, puked. Just after that only in 5 mins we reached and I was perfect
