Healthy Life – Tips for great health



Hasn’t’ today’s lifestyle become too busy and most of us having no time for health! In most of the houses, if you ask them, one or the other person is suffering from some or the other disease or small health issues.
Why don’t we act for a healthy life from starting rather than wait for any problem to occur. And when any health problem occurs then only we think of healthy things like healthy food, exercise and what not!

Common, let’s bring these few good, easy and healthy process in our day to day living:


1.    Get used to an habit of getting up early with the morning sunrise, as morning sun rays is a power house, it stimulates the body’s cell by providing Vitamin D which is very necessary for the body. Either sit or walk or however you want but take the morning sunlight at least for 20 mins.

2.    Make sure you brush your teeth properly daily at least twice – once after getting up in the morning and secondly before going to bed at night, so that germs do not accumulate in between your teeth. I know few people, who brush their teeth after every meal, and one of them is a dentist friend of mine.

3.    Do Yoga, there are many a Yogasans that one can make it a part of daily life, like Parayanam, Kapal Bharti, Anlom Vilom, Surya Namaskar and many more as per your health, everyday try to Yog for half an hour.

4.    Meditate – Meditation brings peace to the mind, your concentration and memory may increase. It's a proven fact that meditation calms down the mind and because of its positive effects, people worldwide had started meditating as a regular activity.

5.    Drink at least 3 – 4 liter of water dailyThere are many a Benefits, ways and effectiveness of drinking water .

6.    Do Exercise at least 3 days a week. You may include whatever exercises you like or possible for you as per your current location or lifestyle like- Gym, Jogging, Walking 10,000 steps, Swimming, Cycling, Zumba, Aerobics, Dance.

7.    After 30 years of age, you should get the full body check up done once in a year, if not possible then once in 2 years without fail.

8.    Cut down on saturated fats and Sugar . i.e.,  Cakes, biscuits, sausages. Limit your consumption of Junk foods (especially the food items made from the mix of refined flour, oil and sugar is not good for health) and canned foods, it's all now a proven facts.

9.    Eat proper 3 course meal (as said - breakfast like a king, Lunch medium like a prince and Dinner like a poor). In between your lunch - dinner interval you can grab some evening snacks. Just make sure you don't overeat or starve yourself to hunger.

10. Eat full nutritional Diet daily, that should comprise of whole nutrients:
·       Green Vegetables – provides minerals
·       Pulses – are rich in Protein
·       Salads – are fibrous
·       Milk products – are rich in Calcium
·       Fruits – are rich in Vitamins
·       Dry fruits – comprise of many minerals, vitamins , omega, proteins.

These nutrients you should get regularly for a fit body and mind.
