Drinking Water – How much, when & Health Benefits

USEFULNESS OF DRINKING WATER  Today, I was just talking with few of my friends and also many a times before, have been discussing with my family about the benefits of drinking water in the right quantity – which actually comprise 70% of our body. I have read many a articles/ books and after discussing with few professors, doctors, elderly, have known many a proven facts about drinking adequate amount of water.  If you are exercising or involved in sports, then keeping your body hydrated while exercising is very important, don’t wait until you are dying out of thirst to reach out for water. In fact, drinking warm water after your food is highly beneficial, Nowhere it's recommended to drink cold water/ liquid with or after your food.  How much water to be consumed?
