Things one must follow for a Successful Day Engage in Playtime - 10 minutes of meditating each day, or sometime for Yoga/ Zumba or any kind of exercise/ Games that boosts you up. Design Your Day – Plan your day, if you don’t remember then write it down all your tasks and try your best to complete as per the plan. Track Your Time - How long certain tasks are taking? Observe, track so that it helps you to schedule your timing. Make Breakfast the New Dinner – Heavy Breakfast, if don’t have time then try to do max cooking a night before. Have breakfast like a KING. :) And have light dinner. Take proper Diet. Tackle the Hardest Task First – It’s the thing that most successful people follow. If you do not do hard task first then usually it tends to get procrastinated. Get Creative in the Morning – For me writing blogs, learning Guitar, Learning new language or Paining are the ones. You choose to do something different or creative.

Drinking Water – How much, when & Health Benefits

USEFULNESS OF DRINKING WATER  Today, I was just talking with few of my friends and also many a times before, have been discussing with my family about the benefits of drinking water in the right quantity – which actually comprise 70% of our body. I have read many a articles/ books and after discussing with few professors, doctors, elderly, have known many a proven facts about drinking adequate amount of water.  If you are exercising or involved in sports, then keeping your body hydrated while exercising is very important, don’t wait until you are dying out of thirst to reach out for water. In fact, drinking warm water after your food is highly beneficial, Nowhere it's recommended to drink cold water/ liquid with or after your food.  How much water to be consumed? Everyday an adult should drink at least 2.5 litres i.e., 10 glasses of water on an average . Though how much you need to drink, really depends on many factors like Gender (Female -2.7 lit & Male – 3
