Daily Rituals That Set You up for Success
Things one must follow for a Successful Day
Engage
in Playtime - 10 minutes of meditating each day, or sometime for Yoga/ Zumba or any
kind of exercise/ Games that boosts you up.
Design
Your Day – Plan your day, if you don’t remember then write it down all your
tasks and try your best to complete as per the plan.
Track
Your Time - How long certain
tasks are taking? Observe, track so that it helps you to schedule your timing.
Make
Breakfast the New Dinner – Heavy Breakfast, if don’t have time then try to do
max cooking a night before. Have breakfast like a KING. :) And have light dinner. Take proper Diet.
Tackle
the Hardest Task First – It’s the thing that most successful people follow. If
you do not do hard task first then usually it tends to get procrastinated.
Get
Creative in the Morning – For me writing blogs, learning Guitar, Learning new
language or Paining are the ones. You choose to do something different or creative.
Unwind
Just Before Bedtime -If you know it takes you some extra time to fall asleep, set that alarm
for a good 30 minutes to an hour earlier than your bedtime to ensure you’re
giving yourself plenty of time to unwind with a bath or a book. Leave the phone
outside your bedroom or put it on silent or in airplane mode to ensure an
undisturbed night of sleep.
Sleep
Away the Unproductiveness - 8:30 p.m. might seem like a ridiculously early bedtime for some, the
upside is that it leads to a more fulfilling morning, which starts at 5 a.m.
with you feeling completely rested and having three whole hours to meditate,
exercise and enjoy a good book over coffee.
Pay
Attention to Your Relationships - Start by giving a compliment either partner, friend, family, colleague.
Make
the Time - “Time in the
morning is for yourself before the rest of the world invades. You need to pay
yourself first.
Self Confidence - Believe in yourself always and Be strong. Everyone has the potential to do what you actually want to do, just work towards it.
Friends & Family - Spend quality time with Friends and Family, as that comes first along with daily work.
Rest - Try not to exhaust yourself. Take break in between your work, go for a walk, breathe and talk to people around.
