30 - 36 months toddler milestones

Kids growth and behavior can be put in stages like between 12-18 months or between 2-to-2 and a half years. 

30months (2years 6months)

Kids can start arranging and solving the puzzles with bit of our help. Few kids are really interested in puzzles wherein few till many years also not interested in it. Every kids have different talent and different interest.

31months (2years 7months)

My lil one is now out of that baby zone, as she talks full fledgedly though few words are hard to understand. 

Few days she makes good shapes out of blocks, And always ready to try whatever comes her way. Somehow she has been a daring one since starting, go near monkeys or run after lizards, walk on thin strips like big kids double her age.

Kids learn both positive as well as negative seeing activities of others. One negative thing she has learnt is sometimes hitting and getting angry.

32months (2years 8months)

This was an aggressive phase, possessive about what they want they want, can hit for what they don't like and what they want. Mostly all parents go through this phase, either kids hit, or cry at everything, or become very aggressive, or throw bad tantrums like shouting or stomping feet or getting irritated. My lil one was really aggressive in terms if anyone takes anything from her, she started hitting (I really didn't expect this kind of behavior from her). Realized in few days that this might be because we were not able to give quality sufficient time, that we used to give till date, plus effect of few notorious kids videos on youtube.

Though making her understand with love and patiently, improved her behavior and she could control her emotion.

She started solving puzzle independently. Now, she thinks and reacts or converse properly on phone with grandparents or family members.

33months (2years 9months)

Now she can pee independently in washroom without our help. She herself realizes when to pee or poo and switches on the light, opens the gate and sits on the pot by holding side support and gets down. Wears and removes her clothing on her own (basically dresses herself on her own). Talks everything creating her own imagination and involves all her knowns in her prayers as well as in her stories.

She showed interest in music and started singing sargam that's the 7 notes of sur 'Sa re ga ma'. And wants me to play like tabla on the table.

Can get hold of 2-3 letter words like 'cup', 'cap'.

34months (2years 10months)

Kids start solving 25 and more maze puzzles. Have interest in making castle or something from their blocks.

Now can easily remove and wear her own cloths like pant tee froks, without our help.

35 months (2 years 11months) 

She thoroughly knows A to Z, with recognizing each small and big letter, Can read 1-20 and sings various English and Hindi Rhymes along with Gayatri Mantra, Ganesh sloka and few prayers.

Recalls the previous happenings, implements, relates and talks in the given situation. 

Few of the favorite games are pretend play like shopkeeper and kitchen set. She now understands and demands what she expects.

This age is getting filled with stubbornness.

36 months ( 3years)

Is all ready for school, so we did her admission for the upcoming session. She is now off to night diapers as well. Have to take her once or twice to washroom at night to pee. She is able to climb the wall climbers for kids upto 4-5 steps on her own.

- Narrates stories

- used to love other kids toys, whenever we go to our friends house she used to ran straight to toy rooms.

- frequently ill / ate strawberry, complained stomach ache, went to India and came back within a week again fell ill. This time roughly 3 weeks cough and cold
