Sorya Transport 168 is another option.

Viral Sleeper is also fine. They charge 9$ for night sleeper bus.
Note – Sleeper bus seating arrangement in Cambodia– As it is left side driving , so towards left that is behind the driver, its 2 sleeper berths joint (like a queen size bed) and on right side of bus its all 'single bed'. I will prefer always book upper berth in sleeper buses, as lower berth usually doesn’t have window to view out and is also at the foot level, cant sit properly.
Also, when you board the bus, they will check the ticket and will ask you to open your footwear and they will provide a plastic in which you will have to keep it and then walk inside the bus to your berth.

There are mini bus as well travelling within the country for you to reach Siem Reap, it’s just that they drive  a bit fast though will take less time (an hour less) to reach Siem Reap.
