- Sihanoukville Beach/ Kampong Som is a beach, 4 hour drive from Phnom Penh, best place to relax in Cambodia.
- Koh Ker – 2 hour drive via NH6 from Siem reap- sandstone Neang Khmao temple; main complex of the Koh Ker temple, the Pram temple, Chen temple, the Preng well and the Kuk temple are the places to visit here.
- Koh Rong has Koh Toch beach which is an island - snorkeling, diving and kayaking; Lonely Beach and Coconut Beach to view bio-luminescent plankton.
- Preah Vihear is 2.5 hour drive from Siem Reap- Has striking Khmer temple and Preah Monivong National Park is a hilly area.
- Kampot – The land of the black peppercorns and Bokor Hill Station having National Park and Popokvil Waterfall.
- Kratie is on the banks of the Mekong River. One can Swim with Irrawaddy dolphins.
- Tonle Sap is the largest freshwater lake in Cambodia, nearby is Prek Toal Bird Sanctuary.
- Kep – Kep National Park beach and its famous crabs at the Crab Market makes the place interesting.
- Koh Tonsay / Rabbit Island – One of the small island beache of Kep area.
- Banlung – It has an airfield within the town though not operational and it has great Yeak Laom Volcanic Lake.
- Battambang – Here, ride on the bamboo train which takes around 30 minutes to travel just outside the town and can reach speeds of up to 40 km/hr.
- Mondulkiri - It has Bousra waterfall in Sen Monorom and Chrey Thom waterfalls as well as the Memang Gold Mines.
- Ream National Park is around 18 km (15 mins) drive from Sihanoukville, wherein you get on a wooden boat and cruise along Ream river.
Among these, Siem Reap, Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville Beach are the most visited by the tourists.
